Tanzanian Kyanite Plain Coin Beads have a vitreous luster, are symmetrical in shape, and have a good polish. These beautiful gems are dark in saturation of a greenish blue hue with internal characteristics, and the transparent Kyanite bead strand is of a consistent tone & quality. These Kyanite gemstones are mined in Tanzania. The bead hole sizes are approximately 0.5mm. AA Quality. Expect a smooth polish with some internal characteristics under the surface that are largely drowned out by a brilliant vitreous luster.
Beads range from roughly 8mm to up to 19mm in diameter on a graduated strand. Median bead size will be around 11mm to 12mm.
