Beads measure about 13x11-16x13mm. Peacock Solar Quartz Straight Drill Oval Nuggets have a vitreous luster, the gems are fairly well polished with pitting due to the internal features reaching the surface. These Solar Quartz beads have good faceting creating a fairly symmetrical oval nugget shape. The body colors are a crystal quartz and a milky quartz transparent to semi-translucent quality showing features resembling `crackled ice` with darker green and brown Peacock hued features sprinkled throughout the strand of Peacock Solar Quartz gems.
